Drupal 7 free themes are in work
As you probably know on January 5, 2011 after three years of intense development Drupal contributors team has released it's latest product so far Drupal 7.
The new version brings number of great improvements to the Drupal community, such as
- Improved user friendly installer
- Shortcuts with most usable options always visible at the top of the administration screens
- Better maintenance and upgrade systems
- Flexibility in database type choice
- Easy export from other CMSs
- easy Drupal 7 installation
- and many, many others
The whole picture is not this great though. Many of the popular Drupal 6 modules were not transformed to the version 7, lots of modules are not stable yet under the new version and all this makes lots of Drupal enthusiasts wait for more mature Drupal 7 version.
The same situation with Drupal 7 themes. A few are available from the official Drupal site, several sites are offering their Drupal 7 sites both for free and for money.
